I was interested in a Mercedes-Benz CLS550. I worked with Will Burk. Will was knowledgeable, no pressure, fixed minor issues with car to complete the deal. He answered.all my questions, reviewed their service department, and let me make my decision without pressuring me. Would definitely come back ...for future luxury cars. Show more

My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Dallas Autos Direct simply because they take care of their customers. Every vehicle we have purchased so far from 03 Is300, 06 IS250, 06 GS350 and an 07 Acura TL, have been excellent cars. The two brothers that own the dealership, Hadi and Fadi are so lai...d back and never made me feel pressured into buying something I didnt need or could afford and THEY'RE HONEST. They have 2 huge warehouses FULL of luxury vehicles and SUVs to choose from. They have theyre own full out mechanic shop with highly paid skilled technicians. I dont know why anyone would ever consider buying a pre-owned vehicle anywhere else. If you dont believe just stop buy and take a look, ask for the brothers to show you around and I promise it wont take long before you are as intrigued by the level of service and the plush inventory of vehicles just as much as I was. We worked with William Burke who did not pressure us at all during our visit. We gave him our budget and what we had to work with and we were able to find a quality used vehicle. William was honest and forthcoming with all questions answered.

This is by far the beast place in dallas/ fort worth to purchase a car. Great service was treated like I was part of the family. Will buy all my future cars from Dallas Autos Direct. They helped me when no one else could !!!!

I wanted to share my experience with Dallas Auto Direct. The real test of a company is how the handle a problem and I want to share how impressed I have been with there ability to do the right thing after an issue arose. Selling used luxury cars is a scary business parts and repairs are expensive a...nd many older luxury cars get neglected. I found a beautiful 11 year old x5 with low miles that I purchased from Sam. The sale, pricing and ease of the transaction was refreshing. The x5 ended up having an emissions issue that BMW quoted $4000 to repair. Lou the service manager quickly gave me the option to pick a different car, explore repair options, or give my trade and down payment back. Although I was upset the vehicle had problems I felt secure and thankful that the dealership had my back. We ended up repairing the vehicle for a few hundred dollars in parts which I purchased and Lou did the labor at no charge. I am so pleased with my purchase and decision to use Dallas Auto direct. So blessed to have found this place. I wanted a white porsche panamera for under 35K. They didn't have one in stock but I put a $500 deposit down and they found me one in 4 days. It had less miles and a year newer then what i was expecting them to find for me. Talk to fred if your looking for a part...icular color and they don't have it. He will come thru Show more

Great buying experience. Answered all my questions in a comfortable environment without the pressure and gimmicks I found at so many dealers. Their inventory and range of price options were outstanding. Glad I found them and will return again for our next car.
