Processing was fast. Faster than I actually thought tbh. Very fast. Got a great deal in my car and it drive amazing. Took some time to look around and purchase though. But very cool and mellow workers.

Happy with my car. Although it did have minor scratches they fixed it and made it look brand new. If you're looking for a place that does everything fast and nice this is you place!

Chris helped us a lot. We got a TOYOTA LEXUS (2005) two weeks ago but had a few troubles with its old components within a week. He worked very hard and tried to have the car fixed as quickly as possible to make our car experience pleasant even though he was super busy handling other customers' conce...rns. I had a pleasant experience at Dallas Autos Direct .SAm got me in the same day as he made the process very fluid,communication was excellent, explained the vehicle capabilities in detail. I go the 2019 Mercedes CLA in white wasn’t sure about the color but Love it now !! He was extremely courteous... and oriented about all questions,I had too many.I highly recommend the dealership. I had the best car buying experience ever here! After reviewing several dealer options, I spent 3 days looking at the reviews and went to these guys. Jay in sales was very professional and genuinely eager to help me with the best car buying options.. They filled up my gas tank complimentary and put ...me in the best vehicle per my budget. The finance manager Bryant was very polite and detailed, he exlained everything to me and any questions I had were honestly answered. After having a bad car buying experience in the past, I feel that I made a great decision with my car choice, financing company and I will definitely let everyone know about my experience! Show more

We were treated very fairly and respectfully. There was never any pressure put on us to purchase any of your packages. I worked for Dallas Auto Direct for 6 years. I recommend 100% they take care of you and they make sure you are happy and they treat you like family. It’s the best company I’ve worked for ever. I recommend them. Everyone works hard, they work as a team. ?????????????
