I found a car here online that I really liked and honestly thought I would buy. Lou and his finance manager gave me a really great, fair deal. Ultimately that particular car was too small for my family and I didn't end up buying from them at this time but they were nothing but kind, accommodating, u...p front, honest and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I will look to them for my future car needs and I would 100% recommend them. They are low key, no pressure, calm and kind people. Show more

Dallas Auto Direct is a great and honest company. I bought a couple cars and they always delivered on what they said they would do. They shopped around for the best rate and made the entire buying experience and joy. Highly recommend them and will defiantly buy from them again.

The car buying experience can be a bit daunting but from the minute you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome and a knowledgeable sales person which makes the car shopping experience a lot more enjoyable. The inventory they have is vast and they have a vehicle for everyone in the family. I pur...chased a vehicle and I have been happy with it every step of the way. I Had to leave a comment about the Luxury Vehicle I Purchased for my Wife. At 7pm Saturday night, I called about a vehicle listed to see if it was still available.? To my surprise Frank Odeh answered after hours. I was so impressed with his knowledge and history of the vehicle, I made a offer on a... Saturday night 8pm He promised he'd get back with me Sunday, a off day. And he did! Sunday evening I had a contract and left a deposit, sight unseen. I appreciated his honesty and keeping his word. 5 days later, the wife an I was on a plane to Dallas. Test drive the Car, went just fine. However I noticed a defect in the headliner "after i paid in full" and the a/c wasn't ice cold. Immediately Frank went to action, he had the entire headliner redone and a/c fully charged "after" the purchase was complete. I Had to get a hotel and wait on the job to be finished. About 4pm the next day it was ready. Frank had the dealership go fill it up, eventhough it was late. I left there the next day feeling great! Thank you Frank & Alex Show more

The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful, and got me into my dream car within a few hours. After walking in the door, I was greeted by Mike who asked which car I was interested in. He immediately went to pull the car around for a test drive, afterwards helped me through the initial financing, b...efore Chuck came in and and told me I was approved, and guided me through the signing process. Being young (24) buying a corvette is an intimidating idea, both Mike and Chuck were extremely happy to help and set my mind at ease with the whole process. 100 percent would recommend to anyone looking for a enjoyable experience when car hunting!
