My boyfriend and I have been looking for a car after having a horrendous wreck in December. This has been a stressful experience for me as I have been struggling with driving since and have been nervous to own a car again. We needed something reliable, at minimum AWD, and that I could keep for many ...years to come all the while being comfortable driving in any weather. William was so amazing and patient with me. I test drove many cars, some more than once, and he was very patient. It was obvious we weren't "just another sell" as most dealerships treat their clients. I feel like we found a friend in William, and I will always recommend Dallas Autos Direct to anyone looking to buy a car. All of this aside, I will still recommend anyone taking their prospective car in for a pre-purchase inspection. Dallas Autos offers third party inspections at their shop, but we wanted to have a completely outside opinion. The car we ended up purchasing is great, but we still took it in and required some repairs to be done that the dealership did not know about. They were very accommodating and understandable about us wanting to get a pre-purchase inspection from another place (there's a Christian Brothers up the road), especially after a horrible experience we recently had in purchasing a vehicle from another dealership. I feel like we were somewhat difficult customers, but William never made us feel any less, and I wasn't uncomfortable for a single second in the several days we spent communicating with Will and the company. Being a young couple, both of us at 21, we are often not taken seriously when it comes to many things, such as cars (a big hobby for us), but we were treated with respect and not talked down to at all. I first visited the website and found a great car. Frank and I went to the dealership to pick up the car. The facility was spotless clean and everyone was very welcoming. D.J., Chuck and the entire team did a fantastic job of getting our car cleaned and tagged and explained the paperwork. I made my first long distance car purchase from Dallas Autos Direct. At first i was was apprehensive about purchasing a car sight unseen but Will Burk and Dallas Autos Direct made it easy. I live in North Carolina and the car was in Texas. I hired a 3rd party inspection company to inspect the car w...hich received an excellent review. The car was shipped and arrived 3 days sooner than scheduled. Once the Audi was here we could not have been more pleased. The car was exactly what we wanted and it was a great value even after the shipping cost. Very pleased customer. I would recommend Dallas Autos Direct and we will be a return customer. Show more

My family and I purchased 8 cars over the last 3 years from Dallas Autos Direct with service contracts and never been more pleased with the vehicles or the service they provide. Check them out for yourself before you purchase anywhere else and trust me you will not be desapointed.

Dallas autos direct are fantastic to deal with. Sam went above and beyond to find me the kind of luxury car that i been looking for. I am very pleased with my purchase. They are the only ones to deal with, when buying a used car. Will definitely go back. I love this car

Very nice people to work with. I had called before coming here to see if I had the car and I was wanting to purchase. As soon as I got them there or do you have the car ready for me. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and their prices are great! Was looking at a bmw 328d, for the gas mileage, and fell in love with this 428i, that still gets 30mpg average, in eco mode. Good gas mileage and still has lots of power when you want it. There were a couple issues I d...idn't notice when I bought it, missing floor mats, a daytime running light was out, and the tires needed some attention. When I asked about it, they could have said, sorry, you bought it as is, but not only did they get me fixed up, but they arranged for transportation while my car was being fixed. It was the best buying experience I think I have ever had. I will be back! Show more

Amazing purchase! First dealership I go to since I'm not really from the Dallas area. Super friendly and nice, helpful people. The finance manager was really cool and helpful also.
