A great company being run by great people. We have been doing business with these guys for over 5 years now and we love every car we have ever purchased from them. The process is always very smooth from start to finish and they always make us feel like family. We went in last Saturday and needed 2 v...ehicles under 30k. They got us out the door with warranties in less than an hour. The vehicles are all absolutely beautiful and the showroom is amazing. Even if you don’t need a car just stop by and look at the inventory. Eventually you will fall in love with something. Thank you guys for helping us again- we will be telling all our friends. The lineup and variety of luxury vehicles at Dallas autos direct is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. I thoroughly enjoy browsing there showroom. After only my second visit they greeted me just as enthusiastically as the first time and I decided to buy my first Mercedes’ from them. I am in ...love. I wish I could buy all of them. DJ was very knowledgeable and Sam helped us sign up. Daphne was very pleasant over the phone and the owners even shook our hands before we left. Absolutely amazing company. They stood behind their product from over 4 years after purchase. I don’t know new car manufacturers who will do such a thing. After we put over 30k miles on the truck we bought from them they agreed to buy it back for what we paid and got us a great deal on another tru...ck. You have to go see our friends at dallas autos direct because they will not disappoint you. Beautiful vehicles and the most honest staff in the industry. Thanks guys!!! We will be back again soon!! Talk about a premier dealership with first class cars and service. Not only are these guys the most honest dealership you will ever step foot into, but they have a selection like you will not find anywhere else. We were shopping for my daughter to get her a car she can learn how to drive with, but e...nded up buying ourselves family vehicles as well. And we will be back to get our dream cars when the kids are off to college. A truly amazing experience and the owners make sure all your needs are met. I bought a Land Rover from Dallas Autos Direct a few weeks ago. I found the vehicle listed on Autotrader then linked to their website. Needed it delivered by end of the year and Sam made it happen. I was a little hesitant buying it without test driving or seeing it, especially a Land Rover as it can... get costly to repair and all these purchases are As Is. I received it just in time before year end and just had it inspected last week by our local luxury car mechanic. Overall in good shape for the number of miles. I have to get a few things tweaked but the big stuff is in good shape. Car is still aesthetically pristine. Very satisfied with the experience, the quickness in communication and condition of vehicle when it arrived. Sam was very prompt in getting things done quickly. Be sure you look over the final costs in the settlement sheet to be sure it is what you had agreed on. I would purchase from them again. Show more
