Just purchased my first car, a Q50. Chuck, Alex, Dj and everyone of the Dallas auto direct staff were very kind and helpful. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had, they made sure I left satisfied and then some. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a vehicle. my wife and i found a great deal on an older cash car and they were able to work with us to finance it! we were lucky enough to snatch up a 2002 toyota rav 4 with under 100k miles on it. yeah, it's old, but it's a toyota AND has about the same mileage as my 2014 civic! reviews on this year and model... say it's easily taken people to over 300k miles, so i'm considering it a STEAL! daphne and chuck were great to work with and the integrity was there from start to finish! i know the outside may not look as nice as your all white and shiny luxury car dealership, but the people and service are the reason they hold 5 stars. I first visited the website and found a great car. Frank and I went to the dealership to pick up the car. The facility was spotless clean and everyone was very welcoming. D.J., Chuck and the entire team did a fantastic job of getting our car cleaned and tagged and explained the paperwork.
